Each product on this web site is priced to include postage and packing charges.
We give discounts for larger purchases – the more you spend, the more you save! Spend £100 or more and save 5% by entering promo code 5FOR100 at checkout. Spend £250 or more and save 10% with code 10FOR250. Or save a massive 15% when you spend £750 or more with code 15FOR750!
Delivery
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours by standard Royal Mail or Parcel Force, but up to 7 to 10 days should be allowed for standard delivery. For personalised products please allow 3 weeks from confirmation of artwork.
Please note that due to Royal Mail collection points times being brought forward to earlier in the day. Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched the following day.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. If for some reason your parcel doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery time period, please contact us.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. If there is likely to be a long delay we will e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Payment
If ordering products online, you can use most debit / credit cards which are securely processed through Stripe‘s online processing system, offering you a high degree of security. To order by post, make cheques payable to “Liberal Democrat Image”, or you can also order by telephone using your debit / credit card.
