This website has been designed to be easy and quick to use. Browse through any of the categories or sub-categories under “Shop”. You can also find products using the search option on the top right of the screen and read about the individual items. Add those products to your basket, select how many you want, and any quantity/colour/size options that may be available. These items then will appear in your “basket” to the top right of your screen.
When you have finished selecting items and are ready to confirm your purchases and pay, select “Checkout” under the basket. You will be taken to a confirmation page to confirm your purchases, then asked for your delivery details.
You will then be taken to Stripe’s secure server to make your payment by credit or debit card. After you have made your payment, you will receive an email notification. The goods will then be dispatched to your delivery address the next working day.
Please note that all transactions on this website will be in pounds sterling. We currently only accept online orders for goods to be shipped to the UK. Please call if goods are required for a destination outside the UK.
Credit Card Safety
Due to the sensitive nature of credit card information on the internet, Liberal Democrat Image does not handle or control any aspect of any required credit card transactions. All payments are transferred to Stripe who specialises in debit/credit card authorisation and validation. The details of users cards and the information required to complete an online payment are never at any stage revealed to Liberal Democrat Image and we do not record or hold the card details of users in any format.
Our Guarantee
Liberal Democrat Image takes care to ensure your product is as described and arrives in good order. Please contact us if the goods are other than as described or have arrived damaged. Contact us by phone or email.
Returns
Returns – faulty items: In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods from us please let us know as soon as possible on 07505 412 467 or info@libdemimage.co.uk. Our team will arrange with you the return of the goods and a replacement or refund will be offered.
Returns – unwanted items: All our products come with a 28 day money back guarantee, so if you’re not completely happy with your purchase(s), we’ll give you a full refund with no fuss. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us in a complete, resalable condition, ideally with any original packaging. We will refund the purchase price promptly or, if you prefer, exchange the product.
